Prior to joining ghSMART, Pamela taught and conducted research at Harvard Business School in the Organizational Behavior Unit with a focus on developing leaders across sectors who can tackle global challenges. Previously, she advised leaders in government for six years as an Asia expert in the U.S. Department of State. She served as the Senior Coordinator for the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue and advised Secretary Clinton’s deputy on global economic strategy, Asia policy, and business affairs. Prior to her government service, Pamela worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong with a focus on mergers and acquisitions in Asia.
Pamela earned her doctorate in management from Harvard Business School and her masters’ degree in Asian regional affairs from Harvard University. She graduated from Harvard College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Pamela resides in Boston with her family.
