Christine Hampton

Christine Hampton is the Staff Support Specialist on the People Team at ghSMART. She is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall Staff (Executive Assistant, Finance Team, People Team) experience. This includes onboarding, ongoing training and development, performance management, employee relations, and mentorship/coaching.

Prior to her role on the People Team, she was responsible for providing support to the COO and a principal, as well as managing projects, scheduling assessments, invoicing, meeting planning, and travel.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Christine worked in the hospitality and travel industry with such companies as Disney, Marriott International, Southwest Airways, The Ritz-Carlton, and Omni Hotels. During her eight-year tenure with The Ritz-Carlton, she served as a Senior Sales Assistant and Market Research Analyst supporting a seasoned team of sales professionals. In that role she consistently provided exceptional service to her clients and maximized topline revenue for the company. Most recently, Christine designed, implemented, and facilitated resort-wide training programs as the Training Manager for Omni Hotels & Resorts, where she became known for her creative and high-energy presentations.

Christine holds a BS in Hotel and Travel Management from Plattsburgh State University in New York. She lives in Amelia Island, Florida with her husband and 2 daughters. Christine enjoys going to the beach with her family and catching local fish for dinner.
