Prior to joining ghSMART, Nicole worked for 14 years in advertising. She worked as a Project Manager at The Martin Agency where she managed sponsorships for clients such as OppenheimerFunds, Olympus and Vera Bradley before moving to Arnold Worldwide where she was an Account Supervisor on the Choice Hotels business focusing on print, radio and television. Following that she moved to the publisher side of the industry with AOL where she worked as a Project Manager responsible for over $10M per year in digital ad campaigns.
Nicole holds a BS in Communications from James Madison University and a Masters of Tourism Administration from George Washington University. She lives in Chantilly, VA with her husband and two children.
