Anna is a Professional Development Manager at ghSMART, providing high touch coaching and development for consultants.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Anna was a Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry where she designed, delivered and managed tailored leadership assessment, succession management and leadership development solutions for clients. She has worked with many organisations, ranging from start-ups to FTSE100 organisations, across several sectors, including Financial Services, Consumer, Industrial and Life Sciences. Earlier in her career, Anna was a business psychologist in a boutique psychology consultancy where she specialised in selection assessment as well as coaching clients in career change and career management.

A Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, Anna is also a Registered Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council and an experienced psychometric practitioner. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, as well as a BA (Hons) in Applied Psychology from University College Cork. Originally from Ireland, Anna currently lives in London with her husband, Tom, and their two children.
