Carly Gray- Adler is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ghSMART. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies aimed at identifying and recruiting top candidates for ghSMART.

Prior to working at ghSMART, Carly worked at August Schell, a cyber security contacting firm in Washington, DC. While there, she was responsible for developing a whole recruitment cycle start to finish and focused on hiring engineers for the FBI, CIA, NSA and DOD. Before that Carly worked at Hanover Research where she was responsible for hiring the organization’s sales professionals.

Carly received her BA in Political Affairs from American University. She currently resides in Greensboro, NC.
