Carrie Miller is the Chief Marketing Officer at ghSMART, responsible for elevating ghSMART’s premium offering as an employer and as a partner to CEOs and investors.
Prior to joining ghSMART, Carrie spent nearly 15 years at Bain & Company where she first served as a strategy consultant and then the Global Marketing Director of Recruiting, charged with creating Bain’s employer brand and marketing it to the world’s top talent. Carrie’s leadership often went outside the marketing discipline, working closely with firm leadership to improve people strategies, or in one case, crafting Bain’s first-ever Impact Report which served as the foundation for the firm’s Social Impact Practice. Prior to Bain, Carrie worked at Accenture.
Carrie earned an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Biology from the University of Arizona, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Carrie lives in Seattle with her husband and four kids.
