Ilene Pabon is an Executive Assistant at ghSMART.  She is responsible for providing support to two Principals, as well as managing projects, meeting planning, coordinating travel and invoicing.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Ilene worked at The Bridgespan Group, where she supported Partners including the head of the NY office. Before that she worked in finance as an Executive Assistant.

Ilene holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice from SUNY Purchase College and a Master of Music in Opera from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is originally from the Catskill Mountain region of NY. She enjoys baking, running, and podcasts.
