Mary Winn Miller is a Principal at ghSMART, where she advises leaders in the areas of leadership development, talent assessment, and organizational effectiveness. Her clients range from Fortune 500 CEOs and senior executives to private investors and company boards.
Prior to joining ghSMART, Mary Winn was Vice President of Talent Development at Indigo Agriculture. At Indigo, Mary Winn developed expertise in creating performance-based cultures within high-growth companies as she created, led, and scaled the function to support an employee base that grew 6x during her tenure.
Before Indigo, Mary Winn served as Chief Administrative Officer of Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) at State Street Bank. At State Street, she worked directly with the AIS CEO and senior leadership team to support strategy, goal-setting and cultural efforts for a global asset servicing business operating in 15+ international locations.
Earlier in her career, Mary Winn led projects as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Boston and Atlanta, where she primarily advised financial services clients on strategy and organizational topics. Mary Winn also worked with the firm’s social sector to support several New England based arts organizations.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. Mary Winn and her husband live in the Boston area where they are active supporters of K-12 entrepreneurship education.
