Merry ‘Beth’ Murtaugh is an HR Coordinator at ghSMART. Her role is administer and manage employee benefits and payroll, as well as provide high quality HR support to protect the interests of the team and the Company.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Beth worked as an Executive Assistant for over 20 years supporting top-level executives at such companies as Bally Manufacturing, Tenneco Automotive, Brunswick Corporation, and CDW Corporation. In her capacity as assistant to the Chairman of the Automotive Parts Advisory Committee (APAC), who reported directly to the US Secretary of Commerce, Beth had the opportunity to work closely with high-level White House and government representatives.
