Mitch Salzberg is a Principal at ghSMART, which advises investors, boards (public and private) and C-suite leadership on critical issues at the intersection of strategy and human capital. Prior to joining ghSMART, Mitch was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group where he advised senior executives on issues related to business strategy and transformation, operational effectiveness, organizational design and change management. Mitch served a broad range of Fortune 500 clients in both the United States and Canada. In addition to client work, Mitch co-led Wharton MBA recruiting for BCG’s West Coast offices for several years and also served as a facilitator for BCG’s Predictability, Teaming and Open Communication (PTO) initiative, where he improved the morale, productivity and end-product quality of case teams through peer/leadership coaching and targeted problem resolution.
Mitch earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business where he graduated with the Palmer Scholar distinction. He also holds bachelors and masters degrees in Electrical Engineering / Photonics from McGill University.
