Natasha Krol is a Principal at ghSMART, where she advises clients on their most critical leadership and organizational challenges.
Prior to joining ghSMART, Natasha was the Head of Client Services & a Principal at Mind Share Partners, leading Mind Share Partners’ work advising industry leaders on how to create more sustainable workplace cultures. Prior to Mind Share, Natasha was the Founding Executive Director at the Stanford University College Transition Collaborative, partnering with colleges and universities to create more equitable student outcomes. Natasha began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised public, private, and social sector clients on strategy and organizational effectiveness. Natasha has worked with clients in the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Natasha holds an M. Architecture with high distinction from the University of Michigan, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Behavioral Neuroscience, and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. Natasha has spoken with audiences at Culture Amp and the Financial Times, was a Chicago Council on Global Affairs Emerging Leader and a Chicago Mayoral Fellow, and has been published in HBR and ThriveGlobal. Natasha lives in Chicago with her husband and cat.
