Tracy Miller is the Senior HR Manager at ghSMART. Her role is responsible for global HR partnering and support.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Tracy worked at Rogers Corporation and ADP where she provided HR support focusing on employee relations, performance coaching, change management, succession planning and organizational development.

Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and is SPHR certified. She lives in Arizona with her husband, children and pets.
