Vamsi Tetali is the Head of Digital Products at ghSMART. He leads ghSMART’s digital and data science initiatives, which are focused on both broadening and deepening ghSMART’s thought leadership and impact using data and technology.
Vamsi previously was a Principal at ghSMART, a role in which he served leading private equity investors, hedge fund managers and Fortune 500 clients in the areas of management assessment, CEO succession and organizational change initiatives. Prior to joining ghSMART, Vamsi was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. While at McKinsey, Vamsi served clients in a wide variety of industries, focusing primarily on energy, resources and materials. Prior to joining McKinsey, Vamsi worked as the Chief of Operations for the largest channel partner of Kimberly Clark Professional in India and as Assistant Manager of Production at Tata Motors, India’s largest automotive manufacturer.
Vamsi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Karnataka, India. He currently resides in Bellevue, WA with his wife and their two daughters.
