Our Executive PWR Launch program is proven to accelerate executive integration and performance during the riskiest time for a new executive, the first 6–12 months. We help you surmount common onboarding hurdles that slow down performance and provide a proactive, structured support system through: 

  1. In-depth developmental feedback from the assessment process 
  2. Structured alignment on a Leadership Action Plan for your first six months (co-created with the executive, hiring manager and HR), grounded in our proprietary C-Suite assessment data and PWR launch model 
  3. Ongoing thought partnership and accountability for the executive 
  4. Proactive stakeholder pulse-check after approximately five months. 

Our New Leader Integration workshop facilitates a half-day session with the new executive and their team within the first three months in the role. Together, we propel alignment, creating mutual visibility into working styles, preferences and expectations.
