Pam is a Principal at ghSMART, where she advises private equity and corporate clients on their most important leadership challenges, including executive talent assessment and selection, leadership development, and organizational change.
Prior to joining ghSMART, Pam spent 6 years at McKinsey & Company, serving the leaders of Fortune 500 companies on topics ranging from leadership development to capability building, talent strategy, and organizational design. She also created and ran the people strategy and structure for McKinsey’s Denver office that covered the full talent pipeline from recruitment to professional development to performance reviews.
Prior to McKinsey, Pam was the Race Director for the Little 500, an annual bike race modeled after the Indianapolis 500, that attracts 25,000 spectators and offers leadership development opportunities for students.
Pam has an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She also has a B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University along with a certificate in Leadership, Ethics, and Social Action. She lives in the foothills outside Denver, Colorado with her husband, two sons, and their dog.
