Reshmi founded and co-leads the firm’s CEO Succession Planning practice. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in her advisory to Boards, CEOs and senior teams of Fortune 500 companies globally on strategic succession planning, board effectiveness and accelerating leaders and their teams to their full potential.  She is a highly effective CEO coach to both experienced and first time CEOs, with her dual expertise in human behavior and business strategy.

Reshmi has served on the boards of BluWave-ai, a Canadian green energy start-up and Trickle Up, a non-profit empowering ultra-poor women worldwide to forge sustainable pathways out of poverty. She has lived and worked in the U.S., Canada, England, Japan, France, India and Liberia.
