Tess Stohr is an Executive Assistant at ghSMART. She is responsible for providing support to two Principals, managing projects, meeting planning and travel.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Tess worked as a Practice Administrator at McKinsey & Company where she provided support to their Global Sustainability Practice. She was responsible for operations support including performance reporting, listserves maintenance, practice invoicing, global leadership meetings, and first alert inquiries internally and externally. She previously worked in the Peace Corps as a English teacher in the most Western region of Mongolia.

Tess holds a B.A. in Religion and Middle Eastern Studies from Florida State University. She lives in Tampa, Florida with her partner, Sam, and their dog, Lancelot. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking/camping trips, visiting local museums, and traveling.
