Leadership Advisors

We hire top performing management consultants and behavioral science psychologists and turn them into the best leadership advisors in the world.

We apply our own methodology to all our candidates. Are you up to the challenge?

  1. Intro call with Talent Acquisition Specialist
    Discuss who we are, who we serve, let us learn about you, and get answers to your questions about the role.
  2. Call with Executive Recruiter
    Discuss your background and experience, and what you’re looking for in your next role.
  3. Case study
    Work with a consultant on a real case example.
  4. SmartAssessment
    Spend about 4 hours with one of our team in an in-depth career discussion — the same assessment we employ for our clients.
  5. Mutual due diligence
    Reference calls made to colleagues, typically former managers and peers. You’ll also connect with members of our ghSMART team to answer any questions you have.
  6. Offer to join the team
