Executives are increasingly presented with massive amounts of data intended to help them make better decisions, but often it becomes difficult to identify the signal among the noise. This is especially critical when looking for talent-related information that yields insights for promotion and succession decisions. In this installment of Linking Theory + Practice, we identify a short list of data nuggets to consider when evaluating and selecting a new leader, including a new chief executive officer.
