- Structured alignment on a Leadership Action Plan for your first six months (co-created with the executive, hiring manager and HR), grounded in our proprietary C-Suite assessment data and PWR launch model
- Ongoing thought partnership and accountability for the executive
- Proactive stakeholder pulse-check after approximately five months.
Our New Leader Integration workshop facilitates a half-day session with the new executive and their team within the first three months in the role. Together, we propel alignment, creating mutual visibility into working styles, preferences and expectations.
