The Right How: Enabling thoughtful role matching and high-impact development experiences. We will deliver:

  • To the ‘full pool’ of leaders under consideration: Detailed feedback on strengths, development opportunities, and quantitative ratings across key measurements, including company-specific leadership behaviors
  • To the ‘short list’ of leaders: a detailed personalized development roadmap, including key strengths, development opportunities, leadership unlocks, supporting data from manager interviews, and qualitative ratings across key company-specific behaviors.
  • To the organization: An Enterprise Talent Planning Report, which includes participant ratings, and enterprise actions to accelerate development of the most promising leader s (e.g. role matching, stretch assignments/catapult roles, mentor pairing), cohort-wide observations to inform broader L&D efforts, etc.
