Álvaro works with investors, boards, and senior executives on leadership assessment, development, and people strategy to support high-stakes decision making. His clients include private equity investors, corporates, and portfolio company CEOs.

Prior to joining the firm, Álvaro worked for over seven years at McKinsey & Company within McKinsey Transformation and the People, Organization, and Performance (POP) practices, advising private equity and corporate clients on large-scale transformation and leadership-driven value creation.

Álvaro is a native Spanish and a fluent English speaker.
