Career Highlights:
Before joining ghSMART, Barney was the UK Chief Talent Officer for Bain & Company, with a decade’s experience in designing, innovating and delivering local and global talent strategies and propositions for growth, people development and retention. Prior to this, Barney had over twenty years of consulting experience, half of which were as a client-facing Partner, as well as corporate PLC executive experience.
