Emily uses her background in management consulting to bring a strategic lens to leadership questions – helping her clients to translate their strategy into the talent needs for the business. Her work focuses on top-team leadership assessment and development, including CEO succession and executive coaching.

Emily is the President of the Board of Directors for Small Steps Nurturing Center – a free preschool for at risk children. She is also on the Board of BakerRipley.
