As CEO, Jeff is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the firm, maintaining and improving our world-class culture, supporting our team, and developing client solutions. He continues to serve clients, helping to solve their most critical business leadership challenges.
For many years, Jeff served as a fighter pilot and test pilot in the U.S. Navy, where he completed three deployments aboard aircraft carriers. He is proud to serve as a Board Trustee for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee.
