Justin Justice is an Executive Assistant at ghSMART and resides in Tampa, Florida. He supports two Principals.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Justin was an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company and supported a partner and a firm leader. He provided varied support such as scheduling, project management along with booking travel and arranging events. He was also a core member of the Green Team which focused on making the Tampa office more environmentally sustainable.

Justin holds a M.M. from the University of South Florida and a B.M. from the University of Tampa, both in violin performance. When he is not working, he is probably playing the violin, exercising or hanging out with his partner, Filip, and their cat, Nala. He is also an adventurous eater who loves to read.
