For over 15 years, Lisa has designed and developed much of the operational strategies used to manage one of the firm’s largest and longest-served accounts. She oversees an elite team of Operations Specialists who are the hub between the client and colleagues, orchestrating complex staffing demands, project management, analytics, compliance, deliverables, and special projects.
