Pauline Ambrose is an Executive Assistant and Professional Development Coordinator at ghSMART’s U.K. Office where she is responsible for supporting the Professional Development team to provide a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing development for consultants and staff across the firm.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Pauline worked at Ernst & Young, where she supported Partners in the People Advisory Services practice. Previous to that she worked at a boutique consulting firm and also worked at Future Publishing for over 5 years supporting sales directors, publishers, and sales and editorial teams with schedules and travel as well as helping to prepare for large, high-profile events.

Pauline holds a BA in Human Development from California State University Long Beach. She is originally from the Philippines and grew up in California but now lives in the UK with her daughter. She enjoys cooking, reading, watching films, and travelling.
