Pip brings deep expertise in leadership assessment, communication, and organizational transformation to her role, shaped by a decade as a medical doctor and seven years at McKinsey. Most recently, as a value creation director in private equity, she worked closely with portfolio companies and boards to evaluate leadership, build high-performing teams, and drive transformational growth—experience she now applies to identifying and developing exceptional leaders.

Pip is a board trustee of The Migraine Trust and has served on multiple PE-backed high-growth company boards, bringing a sharp eye for leadership, strategy, and organizational needs. She is a trained mediator since the age of 18.
