Alan Foster is a Partner at ghSMART where he is head of the Private Equity practice. He co-leads ghSMART’s European business. He serves private equity firms and their portfolio company CEOs . Alan co-authored the Wall Street Journal bestselling book, Power Score – Your formula for leadership success.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Alan was a Principal with Bain & Company in their New York and London offices where he worked with corporate and private equity clients.

Alan read Economics at Cambridge University, earned his MBA from INSEAD and his Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He now lives in London with his family after a decade in NYC.
