Ayesha Naeem is a Principal at ghSMART. She serves corporate and private equity clients in the areas of leadership assessment, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Ayesha was a Manager in PwC Advisory’s Chicago office, where she served Fortune 500 clients in an array of industries – including healthcare, financial services, and technology – on complex issues focusing on strategy, operations, and human capital. While at PwC, Ayesha became a trusted advisor for C-suite executives by building and inspiring high-performing teams, designing innovative, data-driven strategies, and effectively implementing organizational change.

Beyond her client projects, Ayesha pursued her passion for investing in talent and developing others by taking on leadership roles with the company’s mentorship programs, advanced degree recruiting, and the Health Research Institute, the firm’s national healthcare thought leadership hub. Prior to PwC, Ayesha worked in the health insurance industry and economic consulting.

Ayesha holds a BA cum laude in economics from Mount Holyoke College. She earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in managerial and organizational behavior, marketing, and general management.
