Beth Olenski is an Executive Assistant at ghSMART. She is responsible for providing support to two Principals, as well as managing projects, scheduling assessments, invoicing, meeting planning, and travel.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Beth worked at Smart & Associates as an assistant to Brad Smart, who is co-author of Topgrading with Geoff Smart. She also worked for seven years in HR at Eastman Kodak Company, where she held positions in executive training, talent development, and managed the company-wide employee development planning process.

Beth holds a BA in Organizational Communication and a MS in Instructional Design, from Purdue University. Beth lives in Virginia with her family.
