Catherine serves clients in areas such as leadership development and coaching, management assessment, team effectiveness, and succession, among others.  She is one of the firm’s master coaches and leverages 25 years of business, financial, and human capital experience in her work with Boards, CEOs, and executive teams of Fortune 500, private equity-backed, and major not-for-profit companies. Catherine is on the board of the Atlanta chapter of Habitat for Humanity, and co-chairs the Atlanta Women’s Build.
