Dara is the Head of Professional Development at ghSMART overseeing development across the talent life cycle for consultants and staff.
Prior to ghSMART, Dara was a Senior Principal in Korn Ferry’s leadership consulting practice, partnering with clients in the areas of leadership assessment, executive coaching, performance management, succession and high-potential program design and delivery.

In her time at Korn Ferry, Dara also held internal roles. She led HR for Europe’s leadership practice where she managed the integration of the Hay Group’s consulting workforce post acquisition and redesigned the promotions process for consultants. She also led the Global Resourcing team and built the infrastructure for a global collection and audit of consultant skills and qualifications.

Dara began her career at Korn Ferry as an Assessment Manager for Canada, partnering with Executive Search to both assess fit to role for C-suite candidates, as well as support new hire onboarding. She also worked as a consultant for both Aon and Oliver Wyman.

Dara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Toronto. She is a certified Executive Coach from the Columbia Coaching Certification Program at Columbia University Teachers College.

Originally from Canada, Dara has lived in Singapore, France, and Germany. She now lives in the UK with her partner and daughter.
