Divya Sadarangani is a Principal at ghSMART, where she advises private equity investors and Fortune 500 companies on their most pressing leadership challenges, including talent assessment, top team effectiveness, and organizational change initiatives.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Divya was part of the corporate enterprise performance management team at Pitney Bowes Inc, where she advised the executive team on the corporation’s financial performance, and supported corporate strategic planning to drive key organizational initiatives worldwide. Previously, Divya was a management consultant in the Dubai office of the Boston Consulting Group. At BCG, Divya advised senior executives and government officials on critical business issues, including organization design, organizational efficiency, program launch strategy and public policy. She served clients across multiple industries, including government, sovereign wealth funds and education. Prior to BCG, she worked in management consulting and financial services.

Divya holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She was awarded a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Pune, India, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, India. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband.
