Donna Shelton is an Executive Assistant at ghSMART. She is responsible for providing support to two consultants, as well as managing projects, scheduling assessments, invoicing, meeting planning and travel.

Donna has over twenty years of diverse professional experience including supporting senior level executives, most recently at Sears Holdings Corporation, and as a realtor at Baird & Warner where she led her office in sales as a rookie real estate agent.

Donna enjoys playing volleyball, reading and vacationing with her family. She lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and has two grown children.
