Eric is a Principal at ghSMART, where he advises Fortune 500 companies, private equity investors, and hedge fund managers on their most important leadership and organizational challenges. Eric’s focus areas include executive talent assessment and selection, organizational strategy, leadership team effectiveness, and executive coaching. He has a passion for helping motivated leadership teams and executives reach their full potential.
Prior to joining ghSMART, Eric was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised senior leadership teams and executives across a range of industries including retail, manufacturing, and financial services in both North America and Europe. His work focused primarily on business unit strategy, customer strategy, post-merger strategy, large-scale cost transformation programs, and operating model strategy. He was an active contributor within the firm where he volunteered to lead his offices’ continuous learning program, served as a formal mentor to younger consultants, and was an active member of the undergrad and graduate talent recruiting teams.
Eric also currently serves on the board of The HEAL Foundation, a small non-profit organization focused on holistic community development in Hyderabad, India. Prior to accepting an invitation to join the board, Eric served as the organization’s president for nearly four years where he helped shape and execute the strategy.
Eric holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University, where he graduated with honors. Eric currently lives in Florida, with his wife and son.
