Fiona is a senior leadership advisor with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of strategy, psychological and leadership performance. She advises boards, CEOs and investors across the full leadership lifecycle, from CEO succession through to CEO/CXO assessment, development and executive team performance, empowering her clients to achieve their full potential and deliver against strategic objectives. Her work is grounded in a firm belief that leadership is amongst the most consequential drivers and potential inhibitors of long-term value creation and organizational health.
Prior to ghSMART, Fiona was a senior member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ global Leadership & Succession practice, where she co-led development of the firm’s contemporary approach to CEO assessment and advised on Board, CEO and ExCo appointments and CXO development across leading plc, private capital and social impact organisations globally. Before that, she held a management role within a leading talent consulting business and went on to establish her own independent advisory practice.
She holds an MSc in organizational psychology and is a Board Certified Executive Coach (BCC), a Principal Practitioner with the Association for Business Psychology, and an advanced psychometric practitioner accredited by the British Psychological Society.
