Haleigh Novick-Eckhardt is a Senior Executive Recruiter at ghSMART. Her role is to recruit high caliber, passionate professionals to join our team. She has 10 years of experience focused on in-house corporate recruiting.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Haleigh was the Vice President of People at B6 Real Estate Advisors. In her role, she was responsible for leading the firm’s ongoing talent acquisition efforts, including creating and implementing their recruiting strategies. Before B6 Real Estate Advisors, Haleigh was the Director of Human Capital at Tishman Speyer, responsible for their US recruitment efforts across all business functions.

Haleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lafayette College and she is currently living in Charleston, SC.
