Jess Nahigian is a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the People Team at ghSMART. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies aimed at identifying and recruiting top candidates for ghSMART.

Prior to working at ghSMART, Jess was a Talent Acquisition Executive at PHMG where she was responsible for hiring the organization’s sales professionals. Before PHMG, Jess worked in an agency setting at Epitec, where she primarily focused on hiring engineers for her clients.

Jess holds a BS in Communications and Management from Miami University and is currently living in Chicago, IL.
