Jillian serves private equity and corporate clients as a trusted advisor, building on 15+ years of experience in strategy and growth topics. She is passionate about helping clients and teams succeed and supporting them on their most pressing leadership priorities.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Jillian was a Partner at McKinsey and Company, where she was a leader in the Travel, Logistics and Infrastructure practice, and Growth, Marketing and Sales practice. 

Jillian is on the Board of Directors for Kate’s Club and Board of Champions for Global Glimpse. She has worked with clients across 5 continents.
