Josh has been a Partner at ghSMART since 2014.   He is a highly sought after advisor for leading CEOs, Boards, and Investors globally.   Josh uses his expertise in CEO and C-Suite succession, onboarding, development and senior team effectiveness to deliver value to clients through their leaders.   He has been a highly effective CEO coach to both experienced and first-time CEOs.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Josh led the Harvard Law School Admissions office as Assistant Dean & Chief Admissions officer; in that role he re-focused the admissions process and oversaw the selection and recruitment of all students in the JD program.

Prior to Harvard, Josh was a strategy consultant with Bain & Company where he advised CEOs and senior executives of Fortune 500 companies and major private equity firms on the issues of M&A, long-term strategy, organizational structure and incentives, and operational effectiveness.   His clients included major corporations in the Health Care, Retail, Consumer Products, and Technology industries.   While at Bain, Josh was selected to serve as a trainer for several core training programs.

Josh graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and Harvard Law School, both with honors.   He lives in Brookline, Massachusetts with his wife and family.
