Lauren Kennedy is an Executive Assistant supporting two Principals at ghSMART. She is responsible for meeting planning, travel coordination, and managing special projects.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Lauren worked at Boston Consulting Group as an Executive Assistant supporting a Senior Partner and a Partner out of their Chicago office. Throughout her time at BCG, Lauren built strong client relationships, and managed projects for her Partners in Healthcare and Industrial Goods industries. She was responsible for tracking project budgets, coordinating travel, calendar management and planning both team and client events.

Lauren lives with her life partner, Dan, and teenage daughter, Cara in Aurora, Illinois. In her free time, she likes to spend time outdoors, tending to her garden, hiking, and camping. On the rare occasion she would rather be indoors, she loves to karaoke.
