Liz Sapienza is an Executive Assistant at ghSMART. She supports a Partner and a Principal, as well as scheduling assessments, invoicing, meeting planning, and travel.

Before joining ghSMART, Liz worked as Executive Assistant at BC Partners Advisors in New York, supporting the Head of Healthcare, Head of Business Services, Head of Global Procurement, and the Operations team. While at BC Partners, she assisted with planning the annual offsite meeting and handled administration for the firm’s charitable foundation.

She has over twenty years of diverse experience, including Coach, Calvin Klein, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Liz’s passion is project management, and she thrives on organizing and streamlining processes to ensure her team’s success.

Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from George Mason University. She lives in Northern Virginia and enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and kayaking.
