Neda is a Principal at ghSMART in our London office. She advises private equity and corporate clients on their most critical leadership challenges, including leadership assessment, leadership coaching, top team effectiveness and organizational transformations.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Neda was a management consultant at Bain & Company, where for five years she advised CEOs and senior executives across financial services, utilities, consumer goods and government on business performance, stakeholder engagement, organizational design and talent management. She designed co-creative workshops for corporate clients to support their top teams through large-scale organizational change and help them transform roles, accountabilities and decision-making processes. She also worked closely with private equity investors on evaluating the investment potential of targets across the globe. Prior to Bain, Neda worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

In addition to her client engagements, Neda coached entrepreneurs pro-bono on tackling growth challenges, expanding their leadership potential, revamping talent selection and resolving team conflict.

Neda holds an MBA from INSEAD in France/Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bath University in the UK, where she graduated with the highest distinction. She currently lives in London with her husband.
