Owain Williams is a Principal at ghSMART. He advises clients on leadership assessment, talent management, culture and organizational change.

Prior to ghSMART, Owain was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company serving CEOs and senior leaders across the insurance, financial services and telecom sectors. He was a leader in McKinsey’s organization practice, serving clients on people strategy, performance management, culture change, organizational effectiveness and top team alignment.

Owain has also worked as a civil servant in the Department for Education, and at Robey Warshaw. He has undergraduate and post-graduate degrees from Balliol College, Oxford, where he was also Organ Scholar. Owain lives with his wife and young son. A native Welsh speaker, his hobbies include music, cricket and golf.
