Peter Kazin is a Principal at ghSMART. He serves leading private equity investors, hedge fund managers and Fortune 500 clients on their most pressing leadership challenges, including leadership assessment, top team effectiveness, and organizational change initiatives.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Pete spent 10 years in the institutional equities business, first at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and most recently at RBC Capital Markets where he served some of the firm’s largest mutual fund and hedge fund clients, primarily on the west coast and in the midwest.

Before RBC, Pete began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan Securities and private equity at Questor Partners. He also worked at Morgan Stanley on one of the firm’s largest private wealth teams.

Pete holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. degree in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. He currently resides in Chicago with his wife, two sons and daughter.
