Rebecca Hritz is an Executive Assistant at ghSMART. She is responsible for providing support to two Principals, as well as managing projects, meeting planning, coordinating travel and invoicing.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Rebecca provided high-level administrative support to consultants at McKinsey & Company in Tampa, FL. She was responsible for managing challenging calendars, complex travel and special projects. She previously held positions with The Walt Disney Company, The Trailer Connection, Macy’s, and Daytona State College.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida, with minors in Political Science and Mass Communication. She volunteers as the Alumnae Region 2 Coordinating Specialist for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity. She currently resides in New Smyrna Beach, FL with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
