Rob Sharman is a Principal at ghSMART. He supports clients in the areas of leadership assessment, top team effectiveness, people strategy and change.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Rob was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group in London, where he worked with some of the world’s largest organisations on Strategy and People topics, especially around large-scale transformation and change. Rob was a core member of BCG’s People and Organization practice, focusing on re-imagining operating models, ways of working and talent structures for companies embarking on transformations in the digital age.

In addition, Rob was part of Pride@BCG (BCG’s LGBTQ+ network), where he led BCG’s sponsorship of major LGBTQ professional events in Europe and helped redesign the network’s mentorship programme globally.

Prior to BCG, Rob worked for four years at Accenture Strategy in Chile, focusing on Financial Services, Retail and Mining. Rob holds an MBA from the London Business School as well as a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Chile.

Rob lives in London with his partner where they both enjoy cooking and travelling as much as they can.
