Samantha Hellauer is Senior Manager of Client Solutions and Knowledge at ghSMART. She partners with the Go-To-Market Team to strategically grow the firm’s practice areas, commercialize our solutions, and codify IP and best practices.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Samantha was at a Vista Equity-owned technology company, Integral Ad Science (IAS). She collaborated closely with IAS’ C-Suite and Vista Consulting Group to implement cross-functional best practices and prepare IAS for its IPO. Following IAS’ IPO, Samantha continued to play a key role in preparing for board meetings and earnings calls in addition to driving revenue growth strategies. As a member of IAS’ Business Operations and Strategy team, Samantha enjoyed building trusted relationships with IAS’ leadership team and her Vista Equity counterparts.

Before joining IAS, Samantha worked at Russell Reynolds Associates as a Knowledge Analyst. At RRA, she generated data-driven research and market intelligence for the Technology and Consumer sectors, helping design their global strategies, drive new business efforts, and build new internal practices. Samantha also partnered with RRA consultants to publish white papers and externally-facing content.

Samantha graduated from Yale University with distinction in American Studies. She is completing her MBA at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, concentrating in Public & Private Sector Leadership. Samantha lives with her husband, Matt, and enjoys running, singing A Cappella, and playing tennis.
